Purchase Agreement
- The Buyer understands and agrees that it is their duty to receive and pay the package in cash. MobileShop.eu reserves the right to request compensation for the shipping costs from the customer in the case of the package return.
- The following terms contain the conditions upon which Mobileshop.eu offers their products for sale using COD (Cash on delivery) payment method. Once an agreement has been reached between Mobileshop.eu and Buyer the terms of this agreement will become legally binding.
- Cheques or any other non-cash forms of payment will not be accepted for orders booked under the COD method of payment. It is strictly a cash-only payment method.
PLEASE NOTE
You are obligated to receive and complete payment during delivery of the package.
