Nokia Lumia 800 - "ice" promotion

If you are a company that created very good product, you would think that it's hard to present your product and start with selling. If we tell you that you're brand on global market, you would think: this is a piece a cake! If we tell you that you work on this product with another successful company - you will start planing your holiday! But if we tell you that you work in mobile phone industry, where you have couple of presentations of new models on daily level, you would start with thinking what to do?

That is very usual situation for this market, where you have to think really hard how to present your product - but on that manner to get to your buyers and to be "louder" than your competitors.

This is how Nokia start with presentation of their new smartphone Lumia 800 with Windows phone 7 - Mango OS in Germany. Their campaign "Amazing Everyday" was located in the most popular squares, in front of their potential buyers. But in this case, potential users.

They put brand new Nokia Lumia 800 into huge ice cube, and all you have to do to get the model is brake the cube using tools which you have on that promotion (coins, lighter, hammer, sharp chisel, etc). When you get the "ice phone", you will get brand new one as reward.
